- To communicate with all customers in order to provide complete information in accordance with customer’s request;
- To make sure that the information provided to customers is correct;
- To receive, register and process customer’s requests and complaints in accordance with the specific working instructions.
- High school diploma (University diploma is a plus)
- Minimum 3 months experience in working with customers would be an advantage;
- PC skills (Microsoft Office);
- English language (medium level);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer focus;
- Identification and problem solving skills;
- Integrity and trust;
- Stress tolerance
The working hours involve working in shifts.
