Objective:
- Work with our Partners for the first 20 days to analyze and document the Service Management processes.
- Work (and Learn) with the following 20 days configuring the documented processes on WOW.
For Acceptance support we will evaluate during the project if your involvement will make sense.
Profile:
- More than 10 years’ experience in IT,
- More than 5 years’ experience in business analysis and business processes analysis.
- Experience with Telecom process framework (eTOM) and desirable know-how on ITIL/ITSM.
- Excellent English skills written and spoken.
