• Contributing to the maintenance of the product through analyzing support requests and fixing customer issues;
• Identify customer needs and address them into functional requirements documents;
• Identify gaps of the products in relation with customer needs;
• Must write functional and technical specifications;
• Assess the business model and its integration with technology;
• Participating to technical analysis in collaboration with the technical architects and software developers;
• Define functional test scenarios and write test cases;
• Supporting QA testing.
Job Purpose:
As a Business Analyst within the R&D department, you will be responsible for documenting and discovering new functionality and maintenance on Payments Products.
Technical Skills:
• Graduate in finance/banking; Computer science or equivalent is a plus;
• A minimum of 5 years of experience;
• Experience of ACH (Automated Clearing House), US local clearing;
• Experience on related Payments Products is a plus, ideally in T24 Core Banking system;
• Experience of development in the context of a mature, large application preferably in financial software.
Soft skills:
• Quick learner with ability to follow intensive on-the-job coaching to quickly become productive;
• Process-oriented, disciplined and rigorous;
• Good communication skills;
• Proactive; capacity to work autonomously and to take initiative;
