Participates to offshoring projects and process improvement projects in SG EBS Finance activities: financial accounting, management accounting, regulatory reporting, account payable;
Participates to all the phases of the projects:
• Preparing the logistical environment and technical infrastructure;
• Analysis and documentation of the processes;
• Offshoring study and business cases;
• Building and implementation of the offshoring plans, considering the local impact;
• Organizing the work shadowing and parallel run;
• Training for the new resources, transfer of competencies;
• Set up of new operational processes between the local entity and SG EBS.
Involved in process improvement projects in order to ensure an permanently upgrading of the processes within SGEBS and between SGEBS and the other entities.
• Minimum 2 years experience in processes engineering within an international environement; preferably in Business Process Offshoring and Finance
• Good knowledge about accounting, controlling, regulatory reporting;
• Analytical abilities, reliability and quality orientation;
• Strong organization and result orientation;
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Good IT/ Office applications knowledge (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint);
• Advanced level of French and English;
• Availability to travel in Europe from time to time depending on the projects needs, or for training reasons.
