A leading international company operating all over the world in women clothing is looking for qualified candidates to join their IT team in Urziceni as an
IT BUSINESS ANALYST

where you will be responsible for:

* Writing business requirement specifications and process flows;
* Gathering data and understanding about business needs using interviews, workshops and document and database analysis;
* Interpreting business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements;
* Setting targets for deliverables and motivating key contributors to deliver on time;
* Proactively communicating project plans, progress and risks using a structured project management methodology;
* Write training materials, test systems and training users;
* Gaining a broad understanding of all key system user interfaces and how they support business process flows;
* Investigating issues and resolving or escalating to third party support desks.


CERINTE

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

* Information systems degree or qualification;
* Relevant experience as Business Analyst;
* Project Management methodology;
* Fluent English speaker;
* Strong analytical skills;
* Creative problem solving;
* Excellent communication skills, including writing, listening and questioning.
