Collaborate with developers, testers to define the business requirements for products developed within eMAG;
Create vision and roadmaps focused on user needs and department strategy;
Lead meetings and workshops to collect all relevant information from business and potential customers;
Work together with the team leads, senior developers and clients to develop a full suite of business requirements.
A University degree in Technology;
An orientation towards results and the ability to work in a team;
Ability to work in an analytical and structured manner;
Experience with process modeling;
Excellent communication and conflict management skills;
Excellent good written and verbal English skills;
Knowledge of UML.
Will be a plus
At least 4 years’ experience in business analysis, complex software solutions modeling, implementation and consultancy;
Software development experience (project);
Have software project management experience;
Knowledge regarding the design of the system's users interfaces.
Agile methodologies experience, experience as Product Owner or Scrum Master will be an advantage.
