Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a prestigious Japanese company, for an Assistant Manager/Office Administration in Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer and transfer faxes, telephone calls, screening telephone calls for the General Manager and employees
2. Attend guests/ Visitors
3. Arrange appointments/meetings
4. Receive invoices and make related payments
5. To make and register payments to employees as salaries and petty cash(travel expenses etc)
6. Pay and submit online the electronic version of the payroll tax return
7. Fill in and submit forms required by the Company System
8. Make hotel/ air plane reservations and other related arrangements
9. Send documents / emails
10. Make the company expense reports required and to send them to Japan headquarters
11. Renew each year the office authorization.
12. Primary book keeping and handle communication and data exchange with the Accounting Firm.
Education: economical background preferred
• PC Skills: Microsoft Office
• Very good verbal and written English Skills
