RESPONSABILITIES
Provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as:
- preparing correspondence and contracts
- translating documents
- ensuring the office with logistic supply
- coordinating travel arrangements
- coordinating events arrangements
-receiving visitors
- answering calls
- scheduling meetings.
Skills/Experience:
- University degree
- 2+ years of experience in similar position
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong with orgazitional skills
- Good command of English
