• You will be working directly with the General Manager and the Technical Director
• You will have several people whom you will need to work with in order to handle general complaints, last-minute schedule changes, and different employee relations issues
• You will make sure that all the employees are aware of the internal procedures and regulations of the company and that they are acting accordingly
• You will represent the company well by acting as a role model to the people in the company
• You should be able to stay focused during busy times and, if necessary, delegate administrative tasks to employees, to keep business running smoothly
• Often, you will act as an interface between the management and the employees
• You will keep the meeting calendar for the managers, by offering support in organizing meetings with or related to the employees
• You will realize any other tasks that may appear in relation with the managers’ agenda

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Great organizational, task and stress management abilities
• Able to work with several people and in several projects at the same time
• Relevant experience in a similar position
• Good English skills
• Knowledge in legal matters related to the employee relations is an advantage
