Job description:
Manage and inspires the creative department
Develops creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization
Collaborates with different departments making sure all requests are handled in a timely manner.
Performs DTP (print preparation) activities when necessary
Minimum 5 years experience in the online environment
Graphic design software -master in Photoshop, good in Illustrator and proficient in Flash and ActionScript 3
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to supervise, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
Pay attention to details
Work efficiently under pressure
