- Recruits, hires trains Sales Executives to build sales capacity for the organization.
- Coaching for the sales team
- Sales planning
- Clearly communicates sales plan to all levels of the organization in a timely manner
- Ensures that all sales executives have the proper sales tools and marketing materials necessary to execute unit and individual Sales Plan
- University Degree
- 3-5 years experience in coordinating sales activity
- Experience in managing & leading people and teams
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communications, persuasions and selling skills
- Team spirit, leader, tenacious and able to work under pressure
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
