RESPONSABILITATI

* Telephone Call Center for IT 1st level support inquiries;
* First entry point for resolution and dispatching incidents, problems and service requests raised through the available IT Service Management Software Tools;
* Remote assistance for end-users in areas related to IT applications 1st level support;
* Works closely with the second Level Support and with the IT Premises Support Desk providing fast escalation and analysis on crashes outside his scope.


CERINTE

Required background:

* University Degree in Computer Science or related fields;
* Experience and substantial involvement with software applications support;

Required competences:

* Excellent applied banking software knowledge;
* Ability to work well with all levels of support teams;
* Willing to set a positive example and “can do” attitude;
* Strong personality, able to work under pressure;
* Open minded and motivated person;
* Excellent team work capabilities;
* Fluent in English (speaking & writing);
