Install OS and specific Metro applications for cash registers and servers
Installation of application updates / new releases for production and test environments
Setting up environments for new store openings and performing specific installation tasks
Run defined procedures in case of monitoring alarms for both software and hardware systems
Software Distribution via Tivoli Systems Management (software distribution platform and advanced remote application)
HP Service Manager incident handling
SQL database operations and maintenance
Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification;
At least 1-2 years experience in installation and administration of Windows Server OS
Good SQL knowledge
Good knowledge of networking topics like TCP/IP, DHCP
High competency to solve problems
Fast learner, team player, customer oriented
Ability to structure new / unknown topics
Ability to work under stress with defined deadlines
Availability to work on shifts
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
