RESPONSABILITATI

Responsabilitati:
1. Preluarea apelurilor de la clienti
2. Oferirea de informatii intr-un mod politicos
3. Rezolvarea prompta si intr-un mod profesionist a problemelor intampinate de clienti, prin colaborarea cu celelalte departamente
4. Implicarea alaturi de echipa in derularea cu succes a proiectului
5. Raportarea catre managerul de proiect


CERINTE

1. Absolvent (sau in curs de absolvire) studii superioare de specialitate (limbi straine)
2. Experienta intr-un post similar (experienta in call center)
3. Excelente abilitati de comunicare
4. Rezistenta la stress
5. Excelenta abilitati limba franceza si limba engleza – obligatoriu
6. Atitudine pozitiva, proactiva, orientata catre client


BENEFICII OFERITE

1. Proiect inbound pentru o companie de telefonie mobile
2. Locatie: Bucuresti
3. Program: 8 ore in intervalul 16.00-07.00
4. 5 zile per saptamana ( se poate lucra si in weekend)
5. Pachet salarial atractiv (salariu fix+bonuri de masa, spor de noapte, bonusuri de performanta+plus alte beneficii)
