Responsibilities:
● Sales and Administrative documentation, process and coordination.
● Providing two-way information flow between the company and external customers, suppliers and between company departments.
● Ensuring the transmission of information received from the company, and those people outside the company to which it is addressed.
● Typing and editing various materials such as contracts, offers, invoices, daily correspondence.
● Tracking and making travel arrangements, shipping packages, and additional duties/projects as assigned.
● Promoting the company by the work they perform.
● Contacting new customers and maintaining contact with existing ones.
● Performing and maintain records, logs, checklists, reports, forms, memos, and other materials.
● Preparing reports and setting up group meetings and conferences if needed.
* Daily duties are mainly administrative in nature, but the role creates an important link in ensuring that client demands are handled in a professional manner with both pre-sales and after-sales assistance. The sales support staff can be involved in the selling of goods and services.
Requirements:
● Minimum: 1 year administrative experience.
● Minimum: 3 years of working experience.
● Minimum: High school Education.
● PC: MS Office.
● Excellent knowledge of Romanian language, written and spoken.
● Knowledge of foreign languages: English, intermediate or advanced.
● Communication skills and ease in establishing contacts with third parties.
● Written communication skills and inclination to detail.
● Clarity and coherence in written and oral expression.
● Good memorizing facts and figures.
● Good planning and organization.
● Distributive attention.
