On behalf of our client, a global leader in power and automation technologies, we are looking for a Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities:
Booking the invoices for fixed assets and other low value assets;
Verifying of the expenses reports in foreign and local currency;
Preparing a file for National Bank of Romania quarterly with all expenses for the external travels;
Uploading information in the data base ATRIM related to the global insurance policies;
Reconciling of all FA accounts with the register;
Preparing the reconciliation of the GL accounts according to the month end internal instructions.
University Degree in Economics;
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting role;
Good communication skills;
SAP working knowledge are a plus;
PC literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
English proficiency.
