For a multinational manufacturer of electrical power products, we are searching for an Account Manager with focus on Sales and Business development areas.

The position is based in Bucharest but the covered area will be Romania.
1. Implements the sales strategy in his/her area of responsibility
• Establishes a periodic visit plan of the customers from the portfolio;
• Elaborates and proposes offers and contracts to the clients from the portfolio;
• Establishes an optimal interface between clients and the company, overseas contracts, orders, payments receivables.

2. Business Development
• Identifies new opportunities for the business development: new customers and markets;
• Attends regular sales meetings, internal or external courses;
• Develops: plans, studies, estimations, requested by the Sales Manager for own accounts.

3. Market intelligence
• Analyses the competition (offer , strategy and price levels) and proposes actions for improvements;
• Participates to events and trade fairs in his region;
• Manages the integrity of customer database.

4. Finance and reporting
• Reports business activity;
• Follows-up the payments.


• Bachelor degree in technical environment (electronic, electrical etc.);
• Very good experience in sales with focus on big clients - 3 years minimum (electrical power products preferable);
• Technical and clients’ management skills;
• Negotiation skills;
• Computer skills (especially MS Office);
• English language (at least medium level);
• B driving license;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to learn new products and to fulfill multiple tasks;
• Team work;
• Proactivity;
• Organization skills.
