- Supervise execution of works and check the completed works before taking-over.
- Co-ordinate the staff assigned under his/her direct control,
- Ensuring quality control of the works in progress, plus any other assignments as requires by the project.

- Bachelor degree in engineering or similar.
- At least 5 years relevant professional experience (post-graduation) in the supervision of water sector projects
- Good knowledge of English, good written and oral communication.
- Good knowledge of the provisions of Law 10/95 and subsequent Romanian legislation.
- Computer operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
