The applications were developed in Microsoft .NET for large European companies and the support team will handle the technical incidents.

What will your responsibilities look like?

Support:

Provides 3rd level support: investigate (including software code analysis) and resolve incidents, communicate with the persons involved, document the incident
Takes ownership of the assigned incident and resolves it. All activities are done according to the SLA, specific project process and best practices
Availability according to the specific SLA/process
Maintenance:

Development of new versions of software systems, implementing new features and/or fixing issues
Autonomously deliver assigned development tasks (clarify, estimate, design, implement, integrate, test and document) after validation with the technical leader


CERINTE

What knowledge and experience do you need?

Technical University Degree
Good .NET/C# knowledge and experience
Good OOP understanding and experience
In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems (configuration, customization)
Experience or knowledge in databases (MS SQL Server)
Experience in using software development tools
Experience with software engineering processes: code review, unit testing, continuous integration
