RESPONSABILITATI

Main Responsabilities :
- Proximity to potential customers (Outbound)
- Signing of new contracts with potential customers
- Information, advice and selling by phone
- Information and promotion actions / customer promotions
- Involvement in identifying customer needs and further selling (cross-selling)
- Report any changes in terms of customers, involvement in their communication
- Manage internal and project management so as to be implemented in accordance with customer logistics systems
- Teaching new clients proper channels
- Analysis of market competition
- Implement procedures and work instructions

Offers:
- Design and calculation of bids, possibly with the approval / in collaboration with Regional Managers
- Tracking and submission of proposals, possibly with approval
- Control tenders received after the margin
- Permanent control over working for the Inside Sales

Manage:
- Acquisition, processing and supervision orders
- Control of processed orders
- Control of open orders
- Supervision margin
- Create Returns (Credit Note)
- Communication proactive when it deviates correct order when orders
Control, maintaining and analyzing data on customers:
- Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly checklists on
- Control / check daily margin
- Collection and introduction- customer information as well as keeping up to date in CRM
- Regular administration of certificates and possibly other documents processing
- Correlation affordable and saving the client
- Regular control and taking action to solve old orders (backorders)
- Maintain price list
- Administration of contracts, appointments and liquidation

Managing complaints:
- Receiving, recording, analyzing and processing customer complaints and record them on a server
- Communication with the client regarding the complaint
- Communication with the operational department to resolve the complaint, and begin implementing structural improvement measures
- Keeping in touch with Customer Service

Coordination Team:
- Training, support and involvement of team members tive behavior skills to improve their rezultattelor and individual skill development
- Motivation team, but with results-oriented team
- Participate in interviews in collaboration with HR
- Train new employees
- Stimulates the actions of cross-selling, purchasing and outbound campaigns
- Accompanies sickness individual team member - talks after missing a plan for reintegration in collaboration with HR
- Evaluation functions and outcomes following discussions according to performance management

As Inside Sales Manager you are responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Inside Department. One of the main tasks is to meet your goals and team members, relative to both existing customers and new customers.
In addition, internal employee training according to knowledge, skills and attitudes appropriate to obtain an optimal result and personal development.

Requirements for serving
- Bachelor degree and technical-professional level thinking
- Minimum 2-4 years knowledge in sales / production / technical
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing a team
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of English
- Knowledge in financial
- Ability in relationships with people (social and contractual)
- Confidence, ability to work by standard procedures
- Customer-oriented, open, with good results
- Proactive and enthusiastic
