Reporting directly to the General Manager, the HR Generalist will be required to cover a wide range of activities including handling day to day HR queries, conducting & coordinating training for new and existing staff, on-going HR projects such as employee reward and incentive schemes.

This HR Generalist job will provide a full range of HR activities and duties and play a key role in the overall long-term objectives of this burgeoning business.

The core duties & responsibilities will include (but by no means be limited to):
- First point of contact to all staff for HR queries as well as advising Managers on more complex HR queries in their individual teams;
- Management of employee relations cases from taking on a grievance through to investigation & outcome;
- Provision of training including coordination and leading for new and existing members of staff such as those under apprenticeship schemes;
- Working with Manager's in conducting performance reviews;
- General presence on HR floor supporting with ad-hoc HR projects and duties as required
- Responsibility for providing a professional and effective HR service to the business.
- Accountable for the application of HR policies, procedures, collective agreements and legal requirements, HR Generalist will co-ordinate and manage organizational changes and other employee-related issues aimed at achieving strategic business goals.
- Promoting business compliance with policy and regulatory requirements by ensuring that line management fully understands their responsibilities, the HR Generalist will manage the relationship with the Management Team to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- In conjunction with other centers of HR expertise, you will also be involved in management development and employee relations, in addition to:
- payroll
- HR systems management and development
- training and development


CERINTE

- Recent and extensive Generalist HR experience conducting a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment
- Possess excellent adaptability and willingness to support the entirety of the HR function
- Be a leader and team player with exceptional organizational and prioritizing of time abilities
- Hold excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) as well being able to speak with all levels of staff and stakeholders
- Good communication in English
