We are seeking experienced Helpdesk professionals.


CERINTE

Ability to troubleshoot, resolve and escalate problems related to IT-supported hardware and software in a timely fashion.
Ability to interface with vendors and keep end user informed of proper resolution efforts and updates to trouble tickets.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have customer service skills and effective listening skills.
Solid technical skills.
Ability to assist people in troubleshooting technical issues over the phone.
Action oriented and works well in a fast paced environment.
