Job description
• Stress analysis for mechanical components (metal, plastics, rubber)
• Create finite element models of various parts, assembling the same with respect to linear and non-linear structural domain
• Define materials, boundary conditions, loads, finite element model and interpret results for validation
• Define design improvements based on stress distribution
• Create stress reports according to internal methodology
• Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to the Project Manager or Project Leader
• Attend and contribute in team and project meetings as required
Job requirements
In order to expand our Engineering Office in Braşov, we are looking for people who fit the following profile:
• Minimum bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, solid understanding and application of engineering tools
• Good level of communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Good command of the English language, German is a plus
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong computer skills, specifically FEA codes ( ANSYS), MS Office and CAD-software,
