RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for a 2nd Level Support Engineer to engage with us in a professional environment on challenging and demanding Telecom related projects.

What will your responsibilities look like?

Day-to-day support of iQuest customers
Resolving or escalating problems and service requests according to established procedures and SLA
Providing accurate diagnosis and rectifications to customer faults
Working proactively to ensure prompt resolution of support cases
Participating in on-call duties and assisting in maintenance tasks outside business hours

What abilities will you need?

Good knowledge of Linux / Solaris operating systems
Working knowledge of System Engineering and Networking
Good understanding of JBOSS / Tomcat servers
Familiarity with SQL
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Environment and Tools
Good understanding of n-Tier application architecture concepts
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques related to networks and systems
Do you also have these qualities?

Strong wish to learn and grow professionally
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
What experience do you need?

A minimum of 2 years working experience as a support engineer
