• On-site development support for series products from Blaj plant or locally sourced parts;
• Works in 3D software environment to make changes to current released products;
• Development of new products by designing new concepts;
• Support regarding process development issues;
• Determinations of tolerances, material analysis, mechanical calculations;
• Analysis of end-of-line-faults in cooperation with plant;
• Conducts design review meetings on design changes activities;

Candidate profile
• Technical University degree, preferably electronic, mechanical or electromechanical profile;
• Fluent English is mandatory, German language is a plus
• Willingness and possibility for regular trips to Germany and for a about 6-9 month training on the job in Germany
