Oversee daily operations of the plant
Ensure that policies and procedures are followed
Organize, plan and manage production activities and assembly with all support processes
Drive plant improvement networks and involve everyone in continuous improvement processes
Ensure employee safety, respect for the environment and security of the plant
Fulfill legal responsibilities and interface with local authorities
Defines strategic target and goals for Production, Logistics and Quality
Defines indicators for pointed functions
Supervises short and long term production plans
Ensures high production efficiency
Ensures that market requirements are met in terms of product quality, on time delivery and customer relations
Evaluate the safety and health conditions of the plant, provide leadership direction and offer instruction
Maintain confidentiality regarding technical and commercial information on corporate strategies, plans, products, technologies

Requirements:
3 years previous experience in a similar position
Technical Studies
Proven managerial experience
Knowledge of business and management principles (planning, resource allocation)
Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity and inventory processes
Computer literacy – Microsoft Office, ERP
Create accountability and lead by example
People management skills
English language mandatory
Experience in Automotive Industry – serial production and plastic injection is a plus
