• Set the strategy for a Six Sigma project implementation
• Select and prioritize projects to ensure work aligns with strategic goals

Project Management:
• Define the project, scope, team etc.
• Marshall resources
• Set goals, timelines & milestones

Task Management:
• Establish the team’s Lean Sigma Roadmap
• Lead the implementation of Six Sigma Tools
• Manage team meetings (Facilitation)
• Project Management of the team’s work
• Track and report team progress
• Perform graphical/statistical analyses

Team Management:
• Select/adjust team membership
• Counsel team members
• Coach other Six Sigma Belts
• Manage the team’s organizational interfaces
• Ensure the team are trained & equipped for their work
• Train YB & GB


CERINTE

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of statistical and process analyze tools and flow charting or process mapping
• Leadership skills and the ability to influence others at all levels of an organization
• Experience in manufacturing and business environments
• Project management abilities
• Strive to enable organizations to become more self-sufficient and self-sustaining in process improvement endeavors
• Green Belt certified or in process of obtaining is an advantage

In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
