Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a multinational automotive company, for a Deputy Engineering Manager, for the north-western area of the country.
DEPUTY ENGINEERING MANAGER
Main purpouse of the job:
Reports to Engineering Manager, also being his representative in case of absence. The main tasks refere to the knowledge and understanding of technology specifics and mechanisms used in fabrication, fabrication workflow, optimization of the fabrication process, implementation of new projects and industrialization .
Home office – Satu Mare
Job Profile
• Knows procedures and work instructions for the following processes:
a) Transfer of fabrication from other entities to the main company
b) Assimilate new process in fabrication
c) Validate and revalidate internal fabrication process
d) Production start-up of new models and upgraded technology( including error proofing)
e) Optimize fabrication process
• Has knowledge and understanding of technical documentation specific to the company
• Knows technology specifics and mechanisms used in fabrication
• Has knowledge of the maintenance of tools and devices
• Knows the activities of the team regarding process problems and elaborates strategies for continuous improvement.
• Is capable to execute de HSE trainings
• Knows the procedures of implementing new projects and industrialization
• Is capable to analyse and to propose corrective actions in case of deviations
• Knows the transfer documentation
• Knows the procedure for trial runs for initial samples
• Knows the methods regarding updating of technical documents( flowchart, site plan, control plan, AMDEC, other documents in folders) including change management regulations
• Obey all HSE regulations all around the premises
• Obey internal regulations regarding the security of information
• Participate to the training programs scheduled and initiated by the company
• Acquire personal competencies and knowledge necessary for business
• Acquire and respect Collective Agreement provisions.
• University or Master degree in technical field
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in German or French
• Computer literate- MS Office, ERP
• Knowledge and expertise in vulcanization by injection of elastomers
• Knowledge and expertise in deforming elastomers and metals
• Knowledge and expertise regarding maintenance and repair of verifying tools and devices
• Experienced project manager
• Experienced in:
a) Organization of production
b) Organization and deployment of R&D in vulcanization and plastic molding and trasfer of parts
c) Elaborate technical documentation
d) Operate Q Management control and analysis tools( FMEA, APQP, PPAP, PC MSA, SPC error proofing)
