RESPONSABILITATI

This position will report to the Area Sales Manager and will be responsible for order management activities, order entry, confirmation and follow up. This position will require cross functional interaction with other departments (procurement and logistics, accounting), suppliers and customers.

Location: Working on site in Maramures County

Main focus/role: customer service, support to the organisation by obtaining, analysing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides formal communication (written and spoken) ensuring that the highest service level is provided for customers;
- Handles customer requests via phone or email related to the sales process, deliveries or payments, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills;
- Resolves customer concerns/complaints in a professional and timely manner;
- Contacts customers as scheduled and takes customer queries/discussion topics when required;
- Interacts and negotiates with other departments to meet customer requests, informs and updates customers regarding stock availability;
- Inputs selling orders in specific software;
- Issues and keeps track of invoices, credit notes, promissory notes;
- Handles internal cash purchases.

Desired skills and experience
- Relevant experience in an operations Customer Service position or another position in the sales department;
- Fluent English written and spoken – mandatory requirement;
- University Degree is desirable;
- Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles;
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work professionally and independently on assigned tasks and to complete assignments in a timely manner;
- Ability to handle highly confidential information discreetly and professionally;
- Detail oriented and excellent follow-up skills;
