Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a manufacturer of premiere dental consumables, an American company with approximately U.S. $ 11 billion revenues and more than 50,000 employees worldwide, a Sales Representative. The candidate can be resident of the Moldova region.
Your Responsibilities:
Represent company in the designed territory of his/her responsibility.
Develop market share and new customers.
Develop leads from our distribution channels by creatively finding ways to penetrate the market and generate additional leads.
Drive increased effectiveness and efficiency through value selling and Voice of Customer initiatives.
Build and maintain strategic relationships through regular participation in events, travel to customers, sales ride-alongs etc.
Active ensure increasing mindshare through creative sales and marketing efforts such as product offerings, promotions, campaigns and trainings.
Develop service with active commitment to customer focus.
Academic background, ideally from dentistry. Prior dental sales experience strongly pre-ferred.
Similar position at least 3 years.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of dental market, competitors, products and applica-tions
Driving improved sales efficiency through the rigorous use of sales management tools
Strong results-orientation, highly organized and able to prioritize.
Excellent communication skills combined with a high customer and service orientation as well as strong relationship building and management skills.
Be used to working in an international environment.
Fluency in English is a must.
Willingness to travel extensively (>50%)
Driving licence class B
