RESPONSABILITATI

Postul consta in oferirea de informatii si solutii complete si corecte clientilor, prin intermediul liniei dedicate de apel, promovarea si vanzarea de servicii si produse.

Responsabilitati:

• Preia apelurile clientilor in functie de skill;
• Ofera informatii corecte si complete clientilor, referitoare la produsele si serviciile companiei;
• Promoveaza si vand produsele si serviciille companiei, atat in apelurile preluate de la clienti cat si prin campanii organizate de outbound;
• Promoveaza imaginea comapaniei prin atitudine, cunostiinte si orientare catre client;
• Proceseaza modificari in profilul clientilor, in conformitate cu procedurile si instructiunile de lucru in rigoare;
• Inregistreaza si rezolva solicitarile si reclamatiiile clientilor prin mijloace specifice;
• Verifica acuratetea inregistrarilor proprii.
