RESPONSABILITATI

The future Sales Representative will directly report to the Branch Manager from Arad and he will be functionally connected with the sales team country wide. His prior role will be to maintain and develop the existing customer protfolio and to generate new business leads for road shipping projects/logistic services in the alocated area: Arad, Timisoara and Bihor. At the same time he/she will be in charge with the following activities:
• Promote the company's services to clients or potential clients and identify their needs and interests;
• Will discuss and negotiate the submitted offers and bids
• Develop the existing customers by increasing sales volumes and / or the diversification of the solutions sold
• Maintains the relationship with the customers by providing a climate of trust and partnership
• Monitor and analyze competition
• Propose measures to increase the business efficiency and its optimization
• Efficiently cooperate with all company departments in terms of providing the best services for our clients
• Negotiate the transport rates
• Monitors the customers’ balance and she/he is responsible for the recovery of the allocated customers receivables
• Will contact potential or existing providers in order to generate new business relationships or to improve the existing ones


CERINTE

The successful candidate will have the following profile:
• Located in Arad or Timis County
• University degree
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the industry segment (road shipping projects/logistic services)
• Excellent evaluation and negotiation skills
• Excellent quality of work (complexity, accuracy, precision)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative
• Integrity, high ethical profile
• Computer literate and excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Driving license
