RESPONSABILITATI

* Makes sure that the production is made in the most efficient and effective way following the recommended technical specifications and quality standards through the collaboration with PPE, Quality and Technical Service departments
* Collaboration with Logistics department concerning in order to obtain all materials in time and respecting all delivery terms for finished goods
* Makes sure that all production requests are made in time and implemented
* Coordinates the utilisation of production lines in a fair/equal way
* Assures all production materials’ availability
* Keeps track of production processes
* Participates in budgeting process and controls the budget in order not to be exceeded
* Improves the materials’ stock
* Supervises the machines’ maintenance together with TS department
* Checks the scrap and rejected products
* Reports directly to General Manager

* Computer skills
* Knowledge of English language; German is an advantage

The first Leoni unit in Romania is in Arad since 1999 employing 2,150 people supplying to Rover Group, Ford Premier Automotive Group, Aston Martin, Mc Laren, DAF.
In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
