RESPONSABILITATI

- evaluation of investment costs of production & test equipment
- define and plan "Ramp up"
- equipment capacity analysis based on Quality concept
- create, evaluate and implement a detail production concept
- start PAM process for equipment acc. Final Production Release Concept
- create and/or release of specifications after agreement with Project Manager and production plant
- Coordonation od installation / implementation and release of production & test equipment at plant
- define serial board design
- support PPA ( production process inspection procedure AA 3 134) and Run@rate
- optimize line balancing
- status report to Core Team Meetings, Milestone Review meetings and Gate Review meeting
- regular updates of Status Report Tool at least monthly
- reporting time line situation

Due ti its strategic geographical position allowing fast delivery and a flexible work force, Romania is also an attractive country for the implementation of Leoni projects. The first Leoni unit in Romania is in Arad since 1999 employing 2,150 people supplying to Rover Group, Ford Premier Automotive Group, Aston Martin, Mc Laren, DAF.
In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
