About the job:
- Coordinate the purchasing activities for general purchasing (non production) within TKRO;
- Negotiation and administration of aquisition contracts (services, investments);
- Commercial terms negotiation, optimization of sourcing decisions and management;
- International trading issues / import / legal awarness and management;
- Identification and development of strategic suppliers; significant reduction of the supplier base;
- Mediating and developing good collaboration with suppliers within existing contracts development;
- Coordination and monitoring special projects within the department;
- Setting and planning how to achieve supplier accreditation and service level management;
- Ensure open&permanent communication with other departments from legal entity, other Takata plants and suppliers;
- Responsible of the fulfilment of the environmental laws, ISO TS 16949 and labour security in his area of competence.
University degree;
- At least 2 year experience in a similar position;
- Experience in the automotive area - an advantage;
- Fluent in English (German is an advantage);
- Strong negotiation & communication skills;
- Good PC knowledge (Office, Word, Excel, AS400 I-series);
- Analytical abilities and team work oriented person;
- Capabilitity to understand and resolve complex situations;
- Assertiveness, ability to use systematic procedures.
