* To support, monitor, track and report detailed cost analysis for Takata product portfolio across multiple plants and concurrent projects;
* To monitor and track the financial performance of products based on product bill of material and design specification;
* To support the customer business units during costing process for new/theoretical products and product changes;
* To develop, foster and maintain regular verbal and written communications with various groups within the organization in order to update the product cost information;
* To interface with responsible Project Managers on all aspects of product cost, reporting and deviation analysis for different milestones of projects;
* To assist in budget preparation and various ad-hoc analysis;
* To track and to support the tool ordering process and tool budgeting;
* Support the cost analysis process to determine historical baseline costs per product type and to isolate cost factors (low volumes, variation in cycle times, etc).
* University degree (degree in finance, accounting/controlling and/or alternatively industrial engineering/production background);
* Fluent in English (German is an advantage);
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite;
* Engineering and/or manufacturing experience is a plus;
* Outstanding communication skills and organizing ability;
* Self-starter, good analytical skills and business orientated mindsets.
