RESPONSABILITATI

- Keeps customer relationship regarding product quality;
- Elaborates and controls internal documents and customer reguested documents related to products and processes quality;
- Actively involved in designing PFMEA;
- Identifies and analyses risks, initiates correctives actions, verifies closing of action plans;
- Handles customer complaints related to products and processes quality;


CERINTE

- Technical university degree;
- Experience in customer relations in automotive industry- minimum 1 year;
- QS 9000/ISO TS 16949, AQP FMEA, SPC knowledge, Control plan;
- Experience with usage of quality tools ( 8D, 5why, Ishikawa);
- PC operating skills – MS Office;
- Fluent in English;
- German & Spanish language is an advantage;
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;
