Handle the daily activities of the maintenance/HVAC system;
Input daily all corrective work orders into monitoring system;
Handle the monthly completion of the preventative maintenance orders;
Handle the monthly completion of the causality work orders;
Performs on-call coverage as required;
Preparing in advance of the HVAC CAPEX budget, based on feasibility studies, orientated to the customer (operational) requirements;
Advice and train internal maintenance personnel and facility staffs. Same for subcontractors;
Plan and maintain the plant’s maintenance/HVAC budget;
Enforces the quality policies, procedures and best practices in his area;
Implements and enforces all safety procedures;
Complies with all laws and regulations for the maintenance, repair and operation of equipment and machines;
Recording, monitoring and reporting the results of the KPI’s.
Technical university degree (Construction Building or Facilities engineering);
Relevant experience Green Field Projects or Facility Management in Industrial Environment;
Experience in project management is an advantage;
PC operating skills – MS Office;
Fluent in Business English;
Analytical thinking, able to make decisions and to interpret specific procedures or documents;
Team and customer oriented person;
Willingness to travel abroad.
