Your Qualification // •Implementation and monitoring of the Hella QM System in accordance with current certification and customer norms in cooperation with the responsible entities of the Quality network •Planning, preparing and supervising internal audits, customer audits and external system audits •Preparing documents and reports for audits •Creating and maintaining local process documentation on the Corporate Management System in coordination with the process offices responsible. •Application of quality methods and techniques for implementation of the QM system in cooperation with the offices responsible. •Identify and positioning of optimizing potentials in processes with the responsible persons of the processes. •Planning and conducting training courses in quality methods and techniques, as well as new processes and procedures according to stipulated documents and accompanying coaching.

Your Competence //   •MS Office Knowledge •Technical studies •Experience in automotive field •Strong knowledge about management processes, quality standards •Good communication skills •Attention to details and organizational abilities •Proactive attitude •Foreign language – English advanced
