• Must have a Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering,
• Minimum experience of 10 years in the same job positions,
• Must know Auto Cad as well Microsoft Excel , Word, and familiar with electro-mechanical works,
• Preferable experience in Hospitals, Research centers, industrial jobs Etc… ,
• The candidate must be able to handle the QS department with a multinational engineers, qualified in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Low current systems, CCTV, Fire Alarms, BMS, LCS, access controls, Clock systems, Data systems, low voltage power distribution, ETC…..
• The Candidate must be familiar with international standards, such AS AIA, NFPA, ASHRAE, BIC.
• Fluent English language.
1 Basic salary shall be determined upon interview with the candidates, and depends on his qualification.
2 The employer pays accommodation, normally is provided by the company but for the VIP staff we pay 3 months basic salary.
3 The employer pays one month paid vacation with ticket round trip economy class.
4 The employer pays indemnities as per Saudi Labor Law normally it is 15 days a year for the first 5 years and one month after 5 years.
5 The employer pays medical and social insurance
6 The employer provides transportation ( company Cars for the Engineers )
7 Incentive bonus depends on candidates performance.
