ADECCO Permanent Placement Team is looking for a Project Manager with experience in construction in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
•Manage and interact with the project team.
•Develop and build relationships with sub-contractors and customers.
•Communicate effectively and professionally with internal peers and executives, as well as customer representatives of all levels.
•Schedule and conduct review meetings with the Construction Manager to assess project status and provide feedback.
•Complete tasks according to assigned schedule while delivering high-quality work products.
•Review and analyze final budget, plans, specifications, owner contract requirements, and subcontractor bid comparisons in order to perform detailed scope review and subcontractor selection.
•When project is awarded, review the approved scope of the contract, create construction schedule, complete buy-out of project through subcontractor selection and contract execution.
•Collect, review and provide all necessary submittals and cut sheets to architect.
•Request and compile material and labor pricing to finalize change order requests.
•Collect, review and respond to subcontractor RFI’s, compile and submit RFI’s to architect as necessary.
•Create and maintain project logs as required by owner contract.
•Create and submit project status packages to owner.
•Maintain the project through warranty.
Project Manager (worked with construction company not PEB only)
Working Experience (10 years), preferably 2-3 years with PEB steel industry.
Fluent in English
Available for relocation in Saudi Arabia for min 2 years
