As Project Manager you are responsible for multiple projects concerning industrial cleaning at oil and gaz companies in Jubail.
This includes shut down activities, preventive maintenance as well as react alertly in case of urgent problems. By means of a daily work preparation and close consultation with planning, you make a correct estimation of the people, means and material required.
Concerning the cleaning activities, you take on a coordinating role (with direct management of the supervisor) and you act as point of contact.
You not only manage and coach a team of operators but also monitor the time and cost frame as well as safe and environmental friendly working conditions.
Also post-calculations and a strong commercial awareness are part of your responsibilities.
You have a technical diploma (e.g. technical engineer) and at least 5 years’ experience in a project-based environment.
Passion for technique as well as strong people management skills are essential.
Furthermore, you are an excellent communicator in English and have notions of Arabic.
You are willing to locate permanently in Jubail or Bahrein.
Finally, personal qualities such as client-orientation, pro-activeness, stress resistance and flexibility are indispensable.
