RESPONSABILITATI

Duties and responsibilities:

-Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments based on the Company's excellence model, assessment handbook and using international best practices i.e. European Foundation for Quality Management, Malcolm Baldridge, National Quality Award etc.
-Identify Strengths and Areas for Improvement pertaining to organizations excellence performance during assessments.
-Plan for and schedule resource, logistics, and other requirements for assessments.
-Work with experts from corporate organizations in identifying and streamlining potential overlaps and interfaces between in-house excellence assessments.
-Write assessment reports and recommendations that can be used by organizations to improve their excellence performance.


CERINTE

Bachelor degree in Engineering. A Master#s degree or MBA is preferred.

-Certification of internationally recognized excellence models such as Malcolm Baldridge, EFQM, TQM, etc. and demonstrate thorough knowledge and deep understanding of using these models in driving organizational performance.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Fluent in spoken and written English and able to produce high quality technical reports, communication letters, and other publications.
-10 years # of experience in performing corporate/business assessments.
-Served as an assessor/lead assessor and completed a corporate/business assessment within the last 12 months
-Minimum of one year of assessment experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical or Energy Industry.

Candidates are expected to:

-Have expertise about excellence performance in areas such as HSE, reliability, efficiency, and process management.
-Have experience in implementing and deploying international excellence models as a professional practitioner.
-Have experience in driving business excellence and leading organizational performance projects.
-Have knowledge and experience in managing change through the organization using sound change management principles and practices
-Have a friendly and customer oriented behavior.
-Have attitude to drive for results and works with teams on common goals.
-Able to pursue complex problem solving and structuring, to lead complex change programs and projects successfully, and communicate complex ideas effectively and in front of large audiences..
