Our client, a large & expanding UK franchisee for a Global Pizza Delivery brand, is looking for highly motivated & talented Restaurant Management Trainees who have the potential to become Restaurant Managers in the very near future. Training at brand standards will be provided.
This is a great and rare opportunity for highly motivated and energetic individuals with a Management / Supervisory background in the customer service industry, who wish to enhance their career and salary.
You will have the opportunity to attend face to face interviews with the employer in Bucharest on 15th June 2017.
Those selected will join a continuous training programme, which, depending on their abilities, will have the following timeframe:
• Shift manager training: 3 to 6 months
• Deputy manager training: 6 months
• Restaurant Manager training: 3 to 6 months
Estimated time to become a Restaurant Manager: 12 – 18 months.
A successful candidate will need to fulfill the following requirements:
• Very good level of English language
• Some supervisory / management experience in a customer serving industry
• Experience in hospitality & catering is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong desire to build their career within the UK Fast-Food industry
• Ability to work ‘hands‐on’
Benefits:
• Gross salary starting rate: £7.80/hour, which leads to a minimum NET salary/month of £1125
• Progressing salary, according to the completion of various training modules:
o starting rate: £7.80/hour, which leads to a minimum NET salary/month of £1125
o Shift Manager: £8.25/hour, which leads to a minimum NET salary/month of £1209
o Deputy Managers: £9/hour, which leads to a minimum NET salary/month of
o Restaurant Managers: from £23,000 per year gross, which leads to a minimum NET salary/month of £1550
• Significant quarterly performance bonuses (depending on position), ranging from £6,000 – £18.000 / year (GROSS amount)
• One free meal per shift
• Assistance with finding and organising initial accommodation
There are NO recruitment fees or commissions associated with these positions !
