Job 20.509 – chef de partie , south London , gastro pub , 1 restaurant, terrace and bar; 10 chefs in the kitchen; international cuisine, all our food is seasonal, cooked fresh and uses local suppliers; 1 year contract; 1.150 gbp net/monh, accommodation provided free of charge above the restaurant in a single room ;
For the sous chef, the salary is 1750 gbp /month netto, accommodation live out.
REQUIREMENTS: 5-6 years experience on hot/cold section into an a la carte restaurant, cruise line or 4-5 stars hotel, preferable fine dining restaurant with International cuisine; must have experience in preparing meals from freshest ingredients ; good English level is required;
