Luxury 5 hotel located near London, considered one of the best 5 star country house hotels in the UK, 170 rooms, fine dining restaurant with 2 rosette , brasserie, lounge bar, terrace and private dining for corporate and private events

WHAT WE RECRUIT
The property is looking for the right chef de partie to join the team ;
For the Pastry Sous and the Sous Chef the positions are for the Brasserie , salary is around £30-32.000/year gross.
*Head Sommelier, £30.000/year gross total (£19,000 + guarantee service charge £11,000)
*In Room Dining Waiter, £18,976k/year gross (£14,976 + guarantee service charge £4,000)
*Housekeeping Supervisor, £20,000/year gross
*Spa Therapist, £22,000/year gross
*Spa Reception, £18,952/year gross


CERINTE

CONTRACT DETAILS: full time contract, accommodation provided in the staff house ( with kitchen and bathroom) starting date : as soon as possible , 5 days /week ; 28 days paid holiday
REQUIREMENTS: the right applicants should be enthusiastic, have a passion for culinary art, flair and imagination, min 1 year experience in the position on offer ; very good English required ;
