• Experience in the Restaurant/ Catering Industry
• Experience in a Management or Supervisory capacity( e.g. Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Head Waiters, etc)
• Very good standard of English
• Great work ethos, energy and enthusiasm
• Ability to both work well in, and lead, a team
• Adaptability to quick service environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
The role requires a strong and hands on candidate to manage the day to day operation
