Key Responsibilities of a Nurse
Administer and order medicines as required by the home in accordance with the homes’ policies and procedures.
Work within the NMC codes of conduct and scope of practice and within the homes’ policies and procedures.
Provide support and professional supervision to care staff and nursing staff as appropriate.
Ensure effective communication with relatives and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure confidentiality regarding all aspects of care and management of the home is maintained.
Assessing and responding to clinical risk, and having a good understanding of the regulatory framework.
Skills and Experience
Understand care planning processes and have experience of writing care plans.
Experience of working with residents with various health needs.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
The ability to lead, coach and develop staff.
A proven ability to work as part of a team.
Self-motivated and flexible.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
The ability to contribute to, monitor and implement changes that improve service delivery and outcomes for residents.


CERINTE

Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RGN/RN) or be in the Process
Active NMC PIN or be in the process

Skills and Experience

Minimum 2 years experience in the field
PIN NUMBER- ADVANTAGE
ENGLISH LANGUAGE- UPPER INTERMEDIATE/ ADVANCED

Understand care planning processes and have experience of writing care plans.
Experience of working with residents with various health needs.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
The ability to lead, coach and develop staff.
A proven ability to work as part of a team.

BENEFICII OFERITE

The payment:
£9-11 per hour as a Senior Carer ( No NMC PIN)
£14-£15 per hour as a Nurse ( with NMC PIN)

Accommodation; transport
£1500 relocation bonus to help pay towards accommodation and transport. We will help
source a suitable room, in house share for the nurse

working schedule
12 or 6 hour shifts, 36 hours a week

LOCATION: Suffolk, Bedfordshire,Cambridge, Norfolk
