TSM - Technical Support Manager

Our client is a specialist fit-out and refurbishment main contractor established over 24 years ago. They work on a range of exciting projects throughout London, the South East and beyond. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of projects supporting both pre-construction and construction teams and leading on all matters M&E.
Their Technical Support Managers are a vital part of their business and they are looking to appoint an Assistant TSM with relevant experience who wants to join a thriving, ambitious team to help ensure the quality of their projects and provide a seamless experience for their clients.
The ideal fit for this role will have the following:
• Higher National Diploma (HND) or above in Building Services (HVAC = Heating, ventilation and air conditioning or Electrical Engineering)
• 2+ years’ experience working in an Monitoring and evaluation (M&E) Consultancy or M&E Contractor (mechanical bias preferred, but not essential)
• Excellent English language skills

The role will be based at their Head Office in Croydon, although you will be expected to travel to sites across the South East and occasionally further afield as part of your role. Salary and benefits negotiable, based on experience.
Salary Package:
35k-£40k as a basic salary and would suit someone currently working as a Mechanical Projects Engineer or Mechanical Design Engineer with 2-5 years’ experience working on office fit out projects
