Job 19346 - F&B Shift leader - 5 stars hotel, Ireland - 25.000 Euro gross /year + 200 gbp tips/month
Our client, a high quality 5 Star property is looking for a F&B Shift leader to co-ordinate the activities of service to restaurant, bar, in room dining and banquet guests. Duties: Assist F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager and Bar/Banquet Supervisors in their daily duties. Train, supervise, counsel and discipline F&B staff for the efficient operation of the outlet. Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings communicating pertinent information to the staff, such as house count and menu changes. Position requires 2 years previous Food & Beverage and supervisory experience preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
